Key expert 2: fund manager

Job Description

 The overall project objective is "to contribute to the active participation and recognition of non-state actors in the fight against poverty in the promotion of governance" 

The specific objectives of the project are:

• Strengthening the capacity of Angolans ANE as active actors in dialogue with local authorities and national
• Improve coordination and networking of ANE Angolans
• Capitalize communication circuits to support and sharing of information results

Job Requirements

 Academic

• Preferably university degree in the following areas: economics, business administration and finance or equivalent
• Preferably 3 years experience in project management (EDF procedures)

Specific professional experience

• Expert preferably with 5 years experience in the field of administrative and financial management of development projects and in particular in procedures relating to the European Development Fund, including as manager of different budgets - program. The expert will be responsible for preparing and managing the various calls for proposals, planning and disbursement of funds, work programs, management, treasurer, etc..
• Experience in project management in the area of ​​support for civil society in a context set conflict, preferably in Angola
• Experience in implementation of project management units-PMU-(EDF procedures), preferably having participated in the organization and coordination of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working with national and international institutional partners of civil society
