Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be in charge of Sales and marketing of the company products/packages both locally and internationally and will be reporting to the CEO.

  • Person should be able to formulate, develop and execute marketing strategies & plans - Ensure effective customer service.
  • Person should be presentable, outgoing, and aggressive to market our products.
  • Must be   computer literate with professional written & verbal skills: Strong interpersonal skills, mature work independently, innovative and have good public relations.
  • Giving presentations to prospective clients on the Company a and the services it offers.
  • Person should   generate revenue, liaise with clients and increase sales. The candidate should be experienced and confident with good etiquette and communication skills. Previous marketing experience of a minimum of 2- 5years successful sales experience.
  • Ability to meet and exceed Sales targets.
  • Age - 27 years to 35 years.
  • Resilient, energetic and dynamic.
  • Focus on Results and work SMART.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving aggressive revenue targets.
  • Willing to work long hours and under minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing, social networking.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, integrity, and professional work ethics.
  • Any other duty that may be assigned to him.
  • Salary and commission negotiable.

Job Requirements

The applicant must be a holder of a recognized Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing.

  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience in marketing in particular with a strong background of dealing within corporate/institutional sales, and individual customers. (experience in Tours and travel /Hospitality industry will be an added advantage not a must)
  • To be able to draw up sales plan periodically.
  • To be able to achieve targets, provide customer service / care and product promotions.
  • To develop and maintain an effective Management Information Systems.
  • To be able to advice Management on the market developments from time to time.
  • Excellent communication and management skills, presentable, attention to detail, hard working with excellent organizational skills.
